Auditions for the 2010 Festival

Auditions for acting positions are held in June at ACT Theatre in Seattle. If general auditions are held, the notice will be posted on the TPS (Theatre Puget Sound) website. ICTF uses the services of ACT’s casting department. ICTF has also traditionally held auditions in Leavenworth and Wenatchee, for local actors, in that same time period, and by appointment only; actors are welcome to send their picture + resume by email to info@iciclecreekact.com

Leavenworth auditions will be held on Sunday, May 16th, by appointment only.  Please contact Shana Pennington-Baird at 509-293-5023 or shanapb@iciclecreekact.com to set up a slot.  Please prepare two contrasting monologues not to exceed four minutes.

Festival rehearsals and presentations will be at the Icicle Creek Music Center in Leavenworth, and actors live in cabins at the Center for nine days. Complete availability is required from Aug. 14 to Aug. 23, 2010. Rehearsals are held in the afternoons and evenings. Performance weekend in Leavenworth is Aug. 21-22, 2010.

Additional presentations take place at Seattle’s ACT Theatre on the evenings of Aug. 23 and 24, 2010. ICTF uses mainly actors who are members of Actors Equity Association, but there may be some non-union acting positions available. All acting positions are paid. ICTF operates on a special Periodic Performance agreement with Actors Equity.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
